A non-refundable deposit of $2,500.00 per room will be required at the signing of the contract. Final Payment must be remitted by cash or certified check 72 hours prior to your reception.
The sales office must receive your guaranteed number of guest fourteen (14) days prior to your reception. The guarantee will be reflected in the amount billed to your account. You may increase your guarantee after this time, but you cannot decrease it. We recommend you be as realistic as possible in order for us to provide you with our excelled food quality and impeccable service.

Demetri’s Wedding Consultant will assist you in choosing your menu. Their experience will make difficult decisions a breeze! We will contact you six (6) weeks before your reception to confirm your choices. Our extensive menu is designed to suit most tastes; however, should you desire a special menu, please consult your Wedding Consultant.
Contact our cake vendor no earlier than four (4) months before your wedding and call us with your order information.
Please select a florist from our preferred vendor list at least four (4) months before your wedding and call us with your florist’s information. All fresh floral centerpieces must be delivered the day of your wedding. If you bring in your own centerpieces with candle, they must have a glass enclosure.
Six (6) months prior to your wedding, we will send you a letter requesting you call to schedule your invitation appointment.
